We are very proud to reveal “Elements”, our winning proposal for a residential tower in Amstelkwartier, Amsterdam. That’s a project with an unique housing product, an energy-supplying tower with 50% CO2 reduction in materialization... In collaboration with Arup, we generated a parametric design which considers elements such as daylight, urban envelope, water collection, etc. The 70 meter tower has room for 70 renting apartmens and 74 free-sector homes, with commercial facilities in the ground floor and a green and wooded courtyard and roof terrace. Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2021.
