2023.12.20 - Building permit granted to Rivieratower in Haarlem Schalkstad. Currently working on TO.
In Jo Coenen's urban development plan, we are responsible for the design of the 75-meter-high residential tower. Schalkstad will be transformed in the near future from a monofunctional shopping area to an attractive residential environment. The all-sided detached residential tower contains approximately 220 homes ranging between 40 and 80 m2 and has an underground parking facility for approximately 74 cars. In addition to an extensive commercial program in the plinth, there is a spacious entrance hall and an indoor facility for bicycle parking. We have currently started developing the Technical Design together with Akor.
