The Horecawand will be realized in the heart of the city center of Hengelo, and it will be part of our Lange Wemen masterplan. The plan consists of 31 social rental apartments, 8 mid-rental apartments and approximately 720 m2 of catering space on the ground floor, spread over two buildings. The building permit was granted and we are now working on further developing together with VanWonen and Trebbe.
