The Waalkwartier Tower in Nijmegen is taking shape. Designed by Koschuch Architects as part of KCAP’s urban design for the Waalkwartier, the residential tower is gradually revealing its distinctive architectural character in its setting along the Waal.

The design builds on the former industrial character of the area, with a robust and generous architectural expression. A variation of precast concrete elements and beveled piers gives the façade its distinctive depth and character.
