2021.08.19 - Residential Tower Haarlem Schalkwijk in development as part of revitalisation shopping mall Schalkwijk
Southwest of Schalkwijk- midden, Haarlem, Koschuch architects are currently designing a housing tower which, with a height of 75m, will be the tallest development of the new Europaweg redevelopment, a masterplan designed by Jo Coenen.
The omnidirectional tower will provide 220 housing units between 40-80m2, a commercial programme in the plinth and an underground parking garage.
